Shipping costs
Shipping cost is not included in product prices.
The final delivery fee depends on the delivery area assigned to the order.

Delivery area and timing
- Published delivery area: Matadepera. Published minimum order: 25 EUR. Published delivery fee: 2.5 EUR
- Published delivery area: Can Parellada, Les Fonts and Can Tries. Published minimum order: 23 EUR. Published delivery fee: 2 EUR
- Published delivery area: Terrassa. Published minimum order: 18 EUR. Published delivery fee: 1 EUR
- Published indicative delivery time: 30 - 45 minutes
Order delivery
MiChef will try to meet the expected delivery times for each order. If the customer notices any issue on receipt, it should be reported at the time of delivery and communicated to MiChef as soon as possible.
If the issue is detected after checking the order and is related to transport, it should be notified within 24 hours. Otherwise, the order will be considered accepted.
MiChef is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses, absence of the recipient, missing contact phone details, or any cause beyond the courier’s control that prevents access to the delivery point.
Pickup and tracking
Customers may collect their order themselves when the pickup option is available during checkout.
Order tracking can be handled through the channels provided by MiChef.
